Rigatoni Chili Bake

This recipe is very easy. I found it on the back of my rigatoni box that I bought at Kroger. I modified it to be less calories and for the ingredients that I had. It was very good and fast to make. The whole family liked it.

Rigatoni Chili Bake

1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Onion
8 oz tomato sauce
8 oz salsa
4 oz green chilies
2 TBSP chili powder
1 can drained kidney beans
1/2 box cooked rigatoni
1.5 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Boil water and cook rigatoni as directed and drain. While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add all the other ingredients except cheese. Stir thoroughly. Add all of it to a casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 till cheese is melted and warmed through; about 30 minutes. Serve with a TBSP of light sour cream if desired. Serves 8.
