Salsa Pork Chops

So Tonight, I am making this recipe. I have been told by a friend that it is great and tastes like sweet and sour pork. I'll let you know how it turns out. Because I have some fresh garden bell peppers I think I will add some. Seems easy enough.

Salsa Pork Chops

1 cup medium or hot thick and chunky salsa
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pinapple in juice, undrained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
cooking spray
4 (5 ounce) center cut pork chops, trimmed

1. Combine first 3 ingerdients in a bowl, set a side.
2. Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray, place over heat until hot
add pork and cook 4 mins on each side or until browned
add salsa mixture to skillet. Simmer, uncovered 8 mins. until pork is done
turning pork ocassionally.

  1. How about a recipe for your veggy followers? J/K- I'm gonna pass this on to Bethany 'cause they love pork chops.

  2. These were so good. It was so easy too. You could totally make it a veggie recipe. Add extra bell pepper maybe some water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, anything that would be good like "sweet and sour" chinese food. You could always brown a pork chop in a separate skillet for Tad.

Very Easy recipe and very good. The bell pepper is a made it!
